Magic Barclay:

Welcome back to a magical life. I'm your host magic barley and I'm joined by Bo BIS again. Welcome. Thank you magic.

Bo Bissett:

I appreciate it.

Magic Barclay:

Pleasure. Now we talked a little bit in episode 1 41 about your program ale. Can you tell us a little bit more about that and what the listeners might find in that program? Okay.

Bo Bissett:

Self-awareness self-awareness is the end result? And the, what we're looking for, whether it be meditation or the ammo knee, or, any kind of healing that we're doing, we're looking for the things that we are doing that are hon us back. And our subconscious, not long after we're conceived, it starts embodying emotions and building this profile. And it uses that profile that many of us hold until we die that uses to view the world around us and how we interact with people, places, things, situations, other people's energy emotions. And if we can. Find those emotions and move them. See our body's like a locker. I'd like to compare it to a high school hallway. And it litter down that hallway is lockers. And instead of books and old, uh, notes, our body holds emotions. Anytime we have a, a traumatic event. The body remembers that emotion holds onto it. And it uses that emotion to dictate what happens in the next similar instance. So there's many, many, many instances in our life when we are doing things, we're saying things, we're thinking things based on a program that we installed as toddlers. And if we can move that emotion, if we can remove that program, then we have a conscious awareness of the things we are actually doing. And it's that light bulb moment where it's like, oh my God, I was, I've been doing X, Y, Z. That's been holding me back from getting ABC and that was the most beautiful moment. And all of the healing that I've done was when the veil was lifted and I saw, oh my God, I've been, I've been beating myself up all this time and I knew it, but I just didn't connect with. And as soon as I connected with the things that I was doing, the things that I was thinking, the things that I was saying to others and to myself, the things that even the emotions that I was feeling, I cried for days and weeks more than I cried and all my life put together before that time. And that is, uh, that's the end result self-awareness to put a spotlight on the things that are holding your back so you can move forward and you can let those things go.

Magic Barclay:

Now I have a couple more questions for you. One is how can people break the emotional code that's stored inside them?

Bo Bissett:

First of all, they find the emotions. So we use muscle testing. I use self muscle testing. Uh, I use, uh, my hands, my fingers, uh, my left hand. I use my index finger, my thumb on my right hand, which is my, my control hand. I use my pinky finger, my thumb. And a, yes is strong. The muscle stays strong and no is, the connection breaks like that. Then we use a, uh, I use a Meridian chart and we go through the meridians. We find, we look, we ask the body, we ask the body where, where, what is the emotion that we're looking for? And then we peg it. We peg it to that chart, which is. also corresponds to the meridians in our body. We find the emotion and we connect with that emotion. Then we use a corresponding release point on the body, the ammo breath, and then we, we move the emotion, through the birth and, use neurolinguistic programming on the back end to push the. Push the person further down the path of attention

Magic Barclay:

and be how can you help people release labels? I know that you mentioned addiction and alcoholism. Mm-hmm and many people live with many, many labels. Whether it be, you know, an addiction or something like a diagnosis mm-hmm So how can people release those labels? They it's

Bo Bissett:

just done on the same way. we go through and we look for the emotions attached, attached to those labels. And that's one thing I I'd like to really highlight is that please, if you're out there and you're, if, and you're saying to yourself, I'm this, or I'm that, please stop. Please. Don't use the labels. because those labels, those are one thing that you are doing that is keeping you stuck. You know, if you say I'm this, then you start thinking like you are that, I never, even when I was drinking, I never really thought, as myself as an alcoholic. Even now, like I don't view. Myself at that point, I was an alcoholic. I was dealing with some alcoholic issues, but that I am statement is just so brutally powerful that it, that alone can keep you in a cycle of whatever you're dealing with. So, going back to your question. Yes, we can get to the bottom of, any instance that you're dealing. Uh, and the emotions that are attached to it, the beautiful thing about muscle testing is that it took me two to three weeks of doing it. Like every day, just really going around, like, you know, uh, using yes or no questions like, uh, you know, that that tree is big. You know, the tree is small. That person is short, that person is tall. These are things like that, you know, is looking around and just muscle testing, everything. Once you establish that connection with your body, once you open up the lines of communication between you and your subconscious, your world is yours because you can then find it. Anything that you've been hiding from yourself. And again, these emotions based on my experience are the root of every issue that we are dealing.

Magic Barclay:

Totally now, Bo you've been through so much in your life and you've really accomplished what people would consider a great comeback. Mm-hmm what do you have planned for the next chapter?

Bo Bissett:

The next chapter is me using these tools to help others hopefully intervene in other's lives before they get to the point that I got to before they suffered the pain that I went through. I told my wife not long ago that I said, I don't know how much of the pain that I went through, that other people could have survived. I consider myself, fairly stubborn. and there was that stubbornness mixed with a lot of persistence that kept me moving forward. Even when you know, maybe a lot of people wouldn't have continued moving forward. And so I think that is that in itself is one of my gifts and combined with the knowledge that I have now is for me to help others.

Magic Barclay:
