Now that we're a couple of months into the year, where are you at with your New Year's Resolutions? Are you still going strong or are you losing steam? Or, have you even started on them yet?
I propose that we do away with resolutions as they are and try something new: revelations. Instead of setting ourselves up for failure, guilt, and more cortisol, we can be grateful for what we have and take steps towards our desires. The difference is that instead of feeling like a failure for not losing 20 kilos, we can be grateful for dropping 3, without judgement.
