Dr. Mary Barson is a holistic and lifestyle based GP who has healed her own body real food nutrition. Now she helps others to do the same through her practice.
Dr. Mary feels that losing weight is a pleasant side effect of healing your metabolic system.
Dr. Mary's top 3 tips for creating wealth:
1. Learn to cultivate self-compassion.
2. Eat real food - food as close as possible to its natural state.
3. Meditate, or have some sort of daily active relaxation.
She also has some excellent advice for developing self-compassion. When you can view yourself with compassion and kindness, you don't berate yourself for mistakes made but you also don't need to continue with numb denial.
The 3 main steps to cultivate self-compassion:
1. Be kind to yourself. It's not always easy! Talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend.
2. Accept that we're all human and mistakes are a normal part of being human.
3. Practice mindfulness, even for a few minutes each day. This will help you find the gap between the stimulus and your response.
