For nutrition, Ajai recommends a balanced, healthy diet, with a 7-day detox every 6 months or having a fasting day weekly to give your body a chance to rest and reset.
When it comes to exercise and physical movement, Ajai recommends that you determine your intentions and schedule your activity in a way that aligns with your goals and intentions. Ajai also recommends being very mindful during stressful situations and developing your emotional intelligence to be able to respond to that stress in a healthier way.
Also, integrating your emotional energy with the universal energy will help tap you into the infinite wisdom and abundance that the universe has to offer. When you align with and trust the universe's infinite intelligence, you can live your life in a much better way.
